Ultra Task is an AI-powered task management and team collaboration platform. The Service includes task creation and management, team messaging, direct messaging, public project pages, AI-powered categorization, and related features. Ultra Task offers free and paid subscription plans:

The Starter plan is free with no time limit
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Task shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.
